Why Winter Park?

So, we know why I love books and felt drawn to open a bookstore during middle age, not knowing what I was in for. We begin in Winter Park, Florida. I knew that indie bookstores could only succeed in high-traffic pedestrian, affluent communities. The problem is that the affluent bring high rents, and it is almost impossible to break even for books because our margins are embarrassing.
